Before you contact us
- Infants 3 years and under travel free. Children aged 4–12 pay the child rate, and guests 13 years and over pay the adult rate.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure (including no-shows) incur a 100% charge of the total booking value.
- A temporary fuel surcharge of FJ$15 per adult and FJ$7.50 per child (4–12 years) is payable at the check-in counter.
- Free return hotel transfers from Nadi, Denarau and Coral Coast resorts.
